8.4/10 Very good! (1,003 reviews)
Seen better days. Good location, not the place to stay if you want a quiet relaxing hotel. Everything was a bit shabby. The rooms were noisy, it sounded like you could hear every door open and close. Rooms face the pool and you’re at the mercy of other parents when it comes to how many hours they will let their kids scream around the pool area (and in our case it was many).

9.6/10 Exceptional! (545 reviews)
From check in to check out the staff were brilliant.
The hotel itself is in a great location.
We got a free upgrade to the premium room, the room was spacious and clean.
A nice added touch was complimentary drinks at the bar and a free mini bar.
