"The check in and overall experience of this property was excellent. The location to ski slopes for children was perfect, and the food was fresh and delicious. I look forward to coming back very soon! And the craft beer is not be missed :-)"

"Great location, helpful staff nice clean room."

"Cosy, very kind and professional helpful staff, including the breakfest lady. When back in Vrchlabí, I am sure to stay here again."

"All good. Had the hotel to ourselves. Good to call in advance to arrange check-in as out of peak season, hotel is not manned all the time."

"Great hotel and staff overall! "

"All good, except for the dinner buffets. Very limited and only Czech food (that is far from my taste). Not to mention that the bar was closed and the wifi highly unstable. Other than that, it's okay, but quite far from everything."

"Beautiful location and property. Nice quiet stay. Breakfast was good too."

"Really friendly staff, clean."

"We are traveling a lot and I can say that all the staff was very helpful and kindly answered our questions. The place is just gorgeous and food was very variable. We are so satisfied."

"Good "

"Property needs renovation , quite old furniture and amenities. Breakfast selection is very poor. Overall the stay was ok."

"Hotel is very simple but clean, staff is friendly. Food is okay. Rooms are clean and spacious, beds are pretty hard but we had good sleep. Pool is okay, there is sauna. The bowling area is really good with games, pool and bar."
