Reception were really helpful with a change to my booking and also their daily texts with updates to the weather conditions was really great. Also they had a water mains burst in the playground and it was fixed quickly.

For me number 23 studio was had everything you need very comfortably!! The toilets and shower were perfect to had no problems at all didn't want to leave thanks you.

location was fantastic. room should have semi transparent window or tinted the window for Privacy also spider webs and ants were visible in the room. main bed room was fine. nice!!! only main room was ready due to park policy. kids bed room wasn't done that was not great !!! its hard to prepare kids room due to bunk bed Enjoyed our stay but there is room for improvement.
