They changed our room but it had the same problem. Essentially the unit would not cool past 26C. Way to hot for a luxury hotel. "Lovely hotel, and great position. However Wifi was not good if you need to work using the usualy Western programs. My Room, although non smoking had a stale smoke smell to it, and even though the room had A/C, the temperature was set centrally, and you could not adjust it on a room by room basis! "
