En el baño no funcionó El grifo del agua caliente de la ducha, no abría el paso y no salía agua caliente .Solicité en recepción me enviaran alguien de mantenimiento, trataron de comunicarse con el anfitrión, nunca les respondió, me pasaron el contacto de WhatsApp del anfitrión, nunca me respondió, nunca me lo solucionaron, nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría todos los días. El MICROONDAS , se le destrababa la puerta y se para el conteo, para que funcionará había que estarle sosteniendo con la mano la puerta, o sea un desastre, NO RESPONDIERON A NUESTROS RECLAMOS NUNCA. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE ALOJAMIENTO PARA NADA. OLVIDÉ SE DE ÉL BUSQUEN HOTEL U OTRA COSA.

Fiquei no apt 207, amei tudo do hotel, recepção, limpeza, perto de tudo em frente ao mar, dentro do apt só não gostei pq não tinha uma vassoura, fiquei 5 dias impossível não suja com areia da praia e outros, mas o resto amei tudo , excelente estadia, voltarei novamente com toda certeza!

Gente, tudo muito bom! A piscina é enorme, o espaço é espaçoso e agradável. Sobre o quarto é ótimo, tudo limpo e organizado. A nível de dica: lá não tem muito utensílios de cozinha. Então levem descartáveis! Fica bem em frente ao nome João Pessoa.

O flat fica numa região incrível, muito bem localizada e em uma área segura e com muitos restaurantes, farmácias, mercados e padarias onde podem ser feito o café da manhã com custo bem bacana e ótima variedade, a estrutura do flat em geral muito boa, pessoal receptivo e atencioso, piscina boa com uma vista maravilhosa da orla de cabo branco porém o apto deixa muito a desejar, a unidade 220 é uma unidade que necessita de uma reforma, ar condicionado pingando na cozinha, os itens de cozinha bem ruins, apenas 1 copo, mofo na cozinha devido a alguma infiltração (pode ser do ar condicionado)... passei dias tranquilos, bem seguro mas que necessita uma atenção melhor ao apto...

Escolham bem o apartamento que vão alugar.

Prédio bom com estrutura bem cuidada, garagem acessível, possui uma ótima área de lazer e uma localização super privilegiada. O prédio tem vários apartamentos para aluguel e cada um tem um proprietário, o que diferencia uma unidade da outra. O apartamento 210, o qual me hospedei, que não é legal. Imóvel mal cuidado, com paredes sujas, espelho do quarto apoiado no chão, varanda com dificuldade de abertura, roupa de cama e banho bastante desgastadas, travesseiros com mau cheiro, ar condicionado só esfriou pela manhã, ligamos por volta da meia-noite. Em resumo, o lugar vale a pena, o apartamento específico que não foi legal.
