Being close to the beach is a big plus. Also the breakfast was good and the staff always attentive. My only complaint would be that the Air Conditioning was limited to the bedroom and the fun provided had a short cable which would not allow it to be placed near the bedroom door to allow cooling the main room, a short extention would have been enough to help. Also, I am not sure the setting of the AC temperature was actually working as setting it to 21C or 27C made absolutely no difference. The air coming out of the unit was in my opinion freezing, maybe even around 10-15C.

The Littoral Gold Flat is a good place to stay with some disappointments the weekend I stayed recently. 1. The dining room was very warm as one of the 3 air conditioners did not work and the other two were turned on the minute they started serving breakfast. Large rooms need at least a hour to cool off. I felt very hot at breakfast. 2. My suite only had air conditioning in the bedroom. The living area had to be cooled by way of keeping the bedroom door open. I had coworkers over to hang out but we had to stop the meeting because it was too hot in my living area that has no air conditioning. Spend the money so that if I pay for a suite I can host visitors without embarrassing moments like I experienced. 3. There are many homeless people nearby. 2 times I was approached getting into my car by people begging who could have just as easily tried to rob me. I was parked outside the Flat’s parking garage on the street. I felt unsafe outside of the hotel. Inside was safe and secure. 4. They kept the gaming / recreation areas locked all dat long. I thought May keycard could be used to enter but I had to get a staff member. 5. Overall the place had some nicer features, especially the showers. They had a good hot shower. Good space as well in the bedroom and living rooms.

My stay was good, but the breakfast service was not fair for the level of the hotel. Items were not replaced, it means if you want to have everything on the buffet you should be there when the breakfast starts. Also, the service was passive aggressive for no reason, i am talking about me. I don't care if they had bad experience with others customers, they might provide good service for all.

Easy Check In, very friendly and helpful staff, great environment, and a wonderful breakfast spread (the property comes with free breakfast). Apartments are well laid out and comfortable for an ideal stay.

Experiência razoável, o quarto bem limpo, cama eram duas camas de solteiro juntas, essa parte deixou a desejar e o bar que fica na piscina só atende à partir das 11h também não gostei e pra piorar no último dia, não teve como desfrutar da piscina antes do check-out , pois estava em manutenção.

Gostamos bastante, só sentimos falta de um fogão, já que é um flat, acreditamos que deveria ter. Mas é ótimo. O café da manhã estava ótimo.

Precisa melhorar o café da manhã pra tirar nota 10
A estadia foi ótima. Hotel bem localizado, quarto amplo (ficamos na cobertura). Tudo muito limpo. Só não gostamos do café da manhã. Sem variedades, muito básico. Em comparação com outros hotéis que nos hospedamos, o café da manhã é muito fraco. Precisa melhorar.

Bom hotel
Um bom hotel, que apresenta e oferece o que diz no site. No periodo que estive hospedado, um único elevador funcionava, nos deixando em espera... e a rede wifi no meu quarto caía todo tempo, não me permitindo trabalhar a contento.

Bem localizado mas falta estrutura
Falta estrutura ao flat para atender a quantidade de pessoas hospedadas . Quebrou um elevador , várias pessoas tendo que usar escada para se deslocar. Café da manhã , apesar de gostoso , faltava pratos, acabou o café , demoraram para repor . O quarto é bom , tem fogão , microondas, mas não tem utensílio ( prato , talher, panela . Não dá para cozinhar.

O hotel tem os quartos grandes, bem confortáveis, bem limpos. A localização é excelente, bem próximo à praia e o café da manhã é bem servido. Atendeu bem as expectativas. Recomendo esse hotel.

Cumpre o que promete, mas o café da manhã é ruim
Apartamento bastante limpo e amplo. Sacada minúscula, só para constar que tem. Não é possível aproveitar. Equipe muito prestativa. Café da manhã é o ponto fraco da acomodação. Não é gostoso, apesar de variado. Nada é muito bom. Come-se apenas para não ficar com fome. Wifi estável na acomodação.
