Estadia agradável e localização excelente

Hotel muito bem localizado, quartos limpos, café da manhã bom. Mas, alguns recepcionistas são bem… Neutros, por assim dizer. O atendimento do concierge e da camareira foi bem mais receptivo e acolhedor do que de alguns recepcionistas, acredito que seja necessário algum treinamento para um atendimento mais humanizado e principalmente o primordial, eles precisam ter conhecimento das localidades e pontos turísticos. No meu período todo de estada eu só ouvia “não sei, não conheço, tá fechado” isso desanima o turista. Meu elogio vai para o atendimento do Roberto e dos recepcionistas noturnos do dia 27/09 que eu não tive a satisfação de saber o nome.

É um hotel bastante simples. Ficamos no térreo, e era barulhento. O ar condicionado nao tinha regulagem, era somente ligado/desligado. Ao mesmo tempo, nao era disponibilizado cobertor ou edredon, solicitamos na recepção e nos forneceram duas pequenas mantas, insuficientes. O wifi nao pegava no quarto, e mesmo na recepção a velocidade era bastante limitada. No domingo, o café da manhã estava lotado, tivemos que esperar. Talvez essa nossa má experiência tenha sido também associada à lotação do hotel naquele fim de semana.

Boa estadia

O hotel fica de frente para o mar, bem localizado. Permitiram a entrada para o quarto antes da hora e isso é um ponto muito positivo. Mas o hotel passa por reforma e isso diminui nosso conforto de certa forma, apesar que os funcionários da obra batiam o martelo na parede com muita leveza. O café da manhã é bom. A única coisa que desagradou foi o banheiro ter um odor forte de esgoto saindo do ralinho. No mais foi uma boa estadia

Vamos lá... Inicialmente vale salientar que é um hotel de praia. Fui e fiquei 1 diária porque foi viagem rápida. Não tem aquele conforto que vemos em hotéis de luxo, mas é um hotel que atende muito bem. Toda a equipe é super prestativa, quando cheguei o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, dei uma saída, quando retornei já tinham ajeitado. O hotel é super limpo, tanto o apartamento quanto as áreas comuns. Café da manhã bem diversificado.

Infelizmente as fotos não condizem com a realidade do hotel. A estrutura esta super ultrapassada e desconfortável, ar condicionado barulhento e gelando pouco, café da manhã simples e com pouco espaço pra sentar. Quem quer descanso, não é uma boa opção.
