Lugar legal, atendimento péssimo

O lugar é bastante legal, tem boa estrutura, fica bem localizado. O ponto negativo ficou pelo atendimento da Lokatur. Check-in atrasou devido a manutenção e limpeza do apartamento, faltaram utensílios, o chuveiro quebrou, tomadas expostas, falta de toalhas. E dificuldade na comunicação para tratar dos problemas.

Boa estadia, lugar legal.

Gostamos bastante, no entanto como chegamos a noite, os dois porteiros não estão preparados para receber os hóspedes, mostrando despreparo. No mais, é um excelente apartamento num local bom, só um pouco distante da área mais movimentada da orla e demais restaurantes.

O apartamento é excelente, são dois quartos, com móveis de excelente qualidade, colchões confortáveis. O sofá e as almofadas, porém, estavam em estado deplorável, muito sujas. Alguns itens, deixam a desejar para uma estadia mais longa: sentimos falta de uma sanduicheira para o nosso café da manhã, bem como falta um escorredor de pratos. Solicitamos disponibilização de panos de prato e de pano de pia, para limpeza. Disseram que iriam providenciar, mas nunca levaram. Faltou um apoio mais efetivo da administração.

O apartamento é ótimo. Quando chegamos, houve um problema com a chave do apartamento, mas ficamos em outro muito bom. Só ficamos chateados pois a piscina é fechada nas segundas. Poderia avisar na descrição. O restante foi ótimo. A localização é excelente. Bairro tranquilo, ótimo pra descansar. A moça que limpa o apartamento, Girleide, é muito atenciosa.

Bom, mas poderia ter sido melhor...

O principal motivo de ter alugado esse hotel foi a piscina, porém quando chegamos ela estava interditada para manutenção e ficou assim por 3 dias após chegarmos, liberando apenas no 4°. Reclamamos com o responsável pelo apartamento que disse que não nos informou da situaçã por não achar relevante. O apartamento é muito bom, mas a internet deixa muito a desejar. No geral a estadia foi maravilhosa!

Ótimo custo/benefício

Viagem em família com criança pequena. Foi tudo ótimo, ambiente limpo, boa infraestrutura e confortável. Apesar de estar de frente para a praia não é a melhor localização para banho de mar, que está a cerca de 1.5km do local. Ainda assim, valeu tanto a pena que decidimos prolongar a nossa estadia no estabelecimento.

Excelente apartamento de dois quartos com piscina

Tudo estava limpo, as roupas de cama e toalhas eram de boa qualidade e foram trocadas quando solicitado. A vista é linda! A piscina é perfeita. A localização é ótima para quem gosta de tranquilidade. Como não é hotel, não há serviço de limpeza diário nem café da manhã, mas mesmo assim vale muito a pena. O condomínio é novo e bem cuidado.

Tem uma vista agradável e boa localização. Trata-se de home service, logo, não tem serviço de quarto e nem restaurante para café da manhã. Mas tem fogão, geladeira, microondas e sanduicheira, tudo funcionando perfeitamente. Tem também TV a cabo e ar condicionado. A Lokatur Hospedagem nos contactou por whatsapp, nos deu toda a assistência necessária e foram muito gentis.
