Gostei muito do flat, muito aconchegante estava tudo limpo quando cheguei, mas precisa de algumas melhorias, no banheiro precisa arrumar o chuveiro e colocar um suporte para sabonete,e arrumar o a tinta da parede do quarto esta descascando, mas sao coisas que nada atrapalhou minha estadia e só melhorias, as meninas da limpeza sao muito simpaticas

O Flat gold é incrível, atendimento excelente da recepção, o quarto que fiquei foi o 109 e foi maravilhoso, eu amei o quarto, e a acomodação, tem geladeira, cafeteira, sanduícheira, microondas, prato, copos e talheres também. 2 quartos e os dois com ar condicionado, banheiro maravilhoso, com agua morna. Espaço incrível do flat com armarios, os quartos com TV. A unica coisa que deixou a desejar foi o wifi pra quem for e precisa de um momento pra trabalhar e usar o wifi é ruim, nao pega direito. Fora isso foi incrível. A única comunicação que nao tive retorno, foi com o proprietário, pois tinha uma cadeira quebrada, avisei e ele nao deu nenhum retorno. Mas fora isso vale muito a pena, eu amei demais e super recomendo, tem estacionamento e é bem localizado tambem. Quem for não vai se arrepender, passei uma semana e foi maravilhoso.
Área ótima desse quarto com uma cama de casal e ar condicionado, um espaço bom pra deixar as malas abaixo do ar.
Cozinha excelente com geladeira, cafeteira, sanduicheira, microondas, tem pratos, copo e talhes no armário.
Área da pia do banheiro muito boa.
Armário no quarto para guardar as coisas.
