Apartment by itself is fantastic, good location, sea view… But… No shampoo or shower gel or even hand soap… The shower flour mat.. was probably not washed fir a while… Dirt and dust in each corner and things that just fall apart. Nespresso machine without capsules…

O flat é muito bom: cama boa, eletrodomésticos novos, tudo limpo. Estacionamento fácil, comodidades ok. Praia na frente do prédio. O único defeito é o chuveiro: ou vc toma um banho gelado ou morre queimado. O pessoal que trabalha no prédio trata o hóspede com uma indiferença triste, atendimento bem ruim. Mas isso não tem nada a ver com o proprietário do flat.

Apartamento espaçoso , muito confortável . O apto só tem uma pequena frigideira , portanto quem quiser cozinhar algo deve levar panelas e facas pois é muito deficiente nesse quesito. Disjuntor do chuveiro precisando trocar, quando liga o chuveiro elétrico, tudo se apaga.

Immeuble Unity...joli vue de l'extérieur..l'appartement 213....a fuir Tâches vaisselle cassee sifa rache.bref.la proprete laisse a desirer ....un chiffon de kacool menager pour nettoyer les taches de gras sur les portes les boutons électriques...bref...pléthorique de femles de lenages .. le Seul point positif fut mon check in ds la nuit du 10 au 11 novembre..suis arrive de sao paule a João Pessoa vers 3h du matin... Cuidado! Você pode reservar pensando que estará de frente ao mar, e quando chegar a este "condomínio" a sua vista será um um paredão. Antes de reservar, peça ao proprietário a localização da sua suite. É interessante também fazer as contas: talvez seja melhor um hotel com café da manhã. Na orla de Cabo Branco tem opções melhores de hotéis e/ou suites.

Bom , mas precisa melhorar

O prédio é muito bom, tudo novo. Tanto as áreas comuns quando o apartamento são realmente conforme as fotos. Porém o chuveiro não estava esquentando, não havia cobertor e deixaram apenas 1 rolo de papel higiênico para uma estadia de 05 dias e não havia nenhum pano de prato. Tentamos contato com o número fornecido , desde o dia que chegamos, e até agora não nos retornaram (06 dias depois).

Excelente flat.

Excelente flat. Fica localizado quase no final de Cabo Branco, local tranquilo e com uma praia em frente muito boa. o rooftop é muito bom. hotel muito lindo. Funcionários muito cordiais, simpáticos e prestativos. Tivemos um problema com o ar-condicionado que foi resolvido com muita presteza. A orla é muito segura. Fizemos algumas caminhadas à noite.

O local é muito bom, novo e bem localizado. O problema é comunicação com à agência que aluga, demoramos dois dias para receber um lençol, éramos duas pessoas e tinha apenas um lençol. No segundo dia começou a ter vazamento no banheiro até nossa saída ninguém vou resolver, em detrimento dos inúmeros pedidos. Basicamente a recepção in loco não é responsável por resolver e a agência que aluga não respondeu as mensagens. Serviço muito amador.
