"Too much noise complained at 12:15 am front desk staff.
They were not happy we asked them to please speak to them as we were there for a medical appointment he didn’t seem to care.
Noise stopped briefly then started again and continued until 3:20 am.
Spoke to front desk staff at check out in the am morning staff did not relay message to manager as promised.
Spoke to manager this afternoon was apologetic didn’t offer any compensation but to add BW points very disappointed. "

"The room carpet needs work bunching in middle of room (tripping hazard) , the drywall and paint in washroom is blistering and peeling , not appealing , staff was accommodating and bhelped where they could , I’m a regular visitor to north bay , don’t know if I would stay there again , oh and the heating system was hard to navigate buttons warn out "
