The check-in proces was horrible. The manager took a lot of time to figure out our booking from his system. When we finally checked in, we asked for hot water to freshen up (considering it was a cold December day). It took the hotel around 1.5 hours with multiple calls to get us what we needed. The next day we were told that we were not eligible for complimentary breakfast while our voucher clearly stated so. Again the manager took time to check his system details and finally let us have breakfast. Overall a pathetic experience, ultra-slow and unresponsive hotel staff.

Good hotel, but customer service is a bit lacking. We often got confusing information about pricing for taxi services, and the hotel staff seemed to need confirmation 2 or 3 times for them to actually book something for us.

Everything was very good except I had many problems with the internet. Upon making the management aware they provided a dongle device whilst repairs were carried out. Deepak in particular was extremely helpful.

Good location but the services are poor

The hotel is located at a very convenient location near to all major locations . Rooms are neat and clean. However, the service at restaurant and at the room was very average and not recommend.

Was a good stay for 2 days. Restaurant staff is good.One of the dish ordered was not tasting OK & once old they proposed to replace the same without any problem.

value for money if less than 2K / night

had to wait call twice and wait for 20 min to get wifi password. hotel was not keen on selling room thru this portal as they were getting walk in guest to whom they charged rack rate.
