"The room was not cleaned after the first night, and we had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The food was okay, but the juice machine wasn’t working, and there was always something missing at breakfast, not enough sausage, not enough waffle batter, and the cereal machine wasn’t working either. The hallways near the rooms had a weird smell. I had to go to reception 3 times because card was not activated. Overall, I think you get what you pay for. It’s probably okay if you’re only staying for one night. On the positive side, it’s close to NASA."

"Our reservation was cancelled without my knowledge. I arrived for my stay only to be told that our reservation had been cancelled. I was told that an email was sent to us but I received no such email. Terrible experience to travel half way across the country only to arrive and be told that your reservation is cancelled."

"A little disappointed with the upkeep of the interior of the rooms. The water smelled a little fishy and the shower curtain wouldn’t close all the way due to the shower rod being broken on both sides. None of the ice machines had ice."
