"What we did not like was that the hotel looked good on the expedia website but the reality was very different. The entrance was very depressing and at night was not lit at all. You needed a torch to find your way. Room was big but was not very clean. We even had an additional guest. A cockroach! The hotel is overpriced for what it provides."

"The hotel was a big disappointment. We stayed here for 1 night and had booked 3 rooms. There was no ventilation in the rooms and all the rooms were smelly. There were also cockroaches in the rooms. When we complained no action was taken. The hotel is family run and the hotel staff is highly unprofessional. The hotel also refused to accept credit card payment and we had to run around for an ATM. All in all for the hefty price we paid - this hotel was a big rip off."

The staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful; they made me move rooms late at night, and the new room was equally dirty. I wasn't happy about it. "Avoid Sakthi Holidays Inn if you are a foreigner I had a frustrating experience with Sakthi Holidays Inn and Expedia.at that every non-Indian traveler should be aware of. I booked and prepaid a Deluxe Room at Sakthi Holidays Inn via Expedia.de. Upon arrival, the hotel denied our stay, claiming they had no record of our reservation, despite me showing them confirmation of booking and invoice. Turns out, Sakthi Holidays Inn had lost its license to accommodate foreign guests due to immigration...

"Very old rundown building, can't call it hotel. There is construction going on and workers everywhere, clothes hanging. Layout does'nt look like hotel. Room is very dirty, congested and uncomfortable. AC and hot water not working. Overall filthy place, not a hotel."
