Peaceful and conveniently located.

Manus was an excellent host and he made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The guest house is very well located for access to Pretoria East. The gardens are immaculate and the fountains give a very peaceful "away from it all" feel to the place. Comfy bed and good WiFi. High recommended; we will stay again.

I rate this guest house a 10!

This was our first sleepover at 98 on Lynburn Guest House and we will make this our place to stay if we on this side of Pretoria in future!! From the moment we arrive and walk through the landscaped gardens to finishing our breakfast outside our room the next morning the wife and I keep on saying "now this is what a guest house should be like". The bedroom/bathroom was 100% to our liking. And the special breakfast the next morning ended a great stay with a cut-above. We agree with others that rate this a 10.Thanks Attie van Zyl

Excellent accommodation in superb gardens

A great place to stay. Excellent accommodation, Manus and Frik are great hosts. There is a little road noise but this is drowned out by the water features in what are outstanding gardens. Would certainly use again if in the area.
