hotels.com is unknown and not booked

First they did not know about the booking and did not have the room. Also, they had no clue they were on hotels.com. Was very inconvenient and then had to take a smaller room as they had nothing available. They also wanted us to pay again, but we refused. Also could not have breakfast as they only do breakfast for 40 people

Worst ever

Shabby ? Reception and out of nowhere a woman appeared - giving us the key - not even a welcome greeting - no explanation of what to expect - no general rule to read up - no TV connection as on the web it shows bring your own decoder ? Who takes a decoder on vacation or does not provide Wi-Fi in the modern age ? Chipped crockery - muddy water out of taps - Never ever again !
