Nice flat for 4, not for bussiness trips. late BF

in General it was good, Advantage - big apartment, can sleep 4 person - Nice furniture and kitchen Issues - No House keeping - bit noisy from the road close by - no Breakfast serviced on Mondays, (not announced when you book) and other days it is served quiet late (starts only at 8) - One window on the main bedroom without blinds, they said they are about to install

We love it there, self catering apartments fully equipped with everything you need. Oxylisious Ozone Therapy had a media launch at this location it was a huge success.

Great value for money!

The suites are spacious and modern, and super convenient for self catering/ longer stays. The location is central and in a beautiful residential area, close to malls and the Sandton business center.

I have mixed feeling about my stay at the hotel, reason being we had stayed in the same hotel two weeks early and had a very good experience. On this occasion (only stayed overnight) we had no hot water in the morning, so we had to have cold showers, not a great start to the morning, we also had issue with the kettle as it would not boil water.

Modern appartment

Modern appartment with the mod cons including washing machine dryer and dish washer. Friendly staff. Particularly good cafe in site with tasty breakfast and lunch options. Note this isn’t open in the evening at weekends. Didn’t use the pool as weather too cold. This appartment is in an affluent residential area. Nothing walkable form here but a cheap 5 min Uber takes you to malls etc.

Short Two Night Stay Was Good

Stayed here for 2 nights (5/24-25/2018) with 2 other guest. Property was a little hard to locate the front entrance.Check in and out was easy.The first floor unit, that was actually two levels above ground, was clean. Decor was lacking. Sleep comfort was good. Hot water was spotty, especially the showers. I found the area to be quiet and the property well protected by the security guard and electronic gate. Garage parking was plentiful. The bedrooms could use at least one nightstand/table to place small items (book, reading glasses, cell phone) instead of going on the floor. Kitchen trash can was way too small (bathroom size) for the unit.The unit, and I suspect other units in the building, was heated and cooled by rolling radiators and portable fans. Coming from the US, I found this to be odd in building design, but later discovered to be common in SA. TV size (55") and channel selections were adequate. Connecting to the internet was troublesome and spotty as it was better to connect using the neighboring address. No instructions left on how to use the safe. Can hear road noise in the unit. I would recommend a car for getting around the area. Rosebank Mall about a 12 minute

Terrible experience.

Got charged twice because they were not able to validate payment made through Expedia, after they located first payment the guy responsible for the hotel came to me after 3 days and wanted to refund me by cash, which I refused , as I would lose money when exchanging to £ again. As I refused the cash, he decided to deduct a day for late check out, and thE only reason i was checking out late was because I was waiting for him to sort my refund! Lol. After that he said it would take 14 working days to get money back in my account and have 1 day deducted for late check out. Such a bad frustration caused by Expedia and The hotel.

Not a hotel. No concierge on Mondays or after 1600. Miles from anywhere with no taxis. If you have a car great. If not a disaster. We walked out 3 hours after arriving to get food Rooms were good and as shown on the website. Service was non existent.

Beautiful property but be aware for security

The hotel section of the property is new. The apartment was in good condition and it had everything you needed for a short stay. The location is in an area that you really would not walk anywhere. Unfortunately the security of the apartment was misleading, as during our stay someone entered our apartment and stole all the money from my husbands brief case wallet. Being it was an apartment with no room services offered we falsely felt our belongings were secure within the locked apartment while we were out sightseeing for the day. We advised the hotel management of the incident when we realized the money was missing. They advised they would looking it, but they were unable to identify the burglar and did not reimburse our stolen money.

Nice Clean apartments.

Very pleasant experience. The apartments were clean with all the basic amenities. It is in a secure area, thus no worries about security. I would recommend that you make sure about the weather, as these apartments do not have air-conditioning.
