I loved the propery, but the customer service was excellent. I am sorry that I cannot remember the young woman's name, but she went above and beyond to assist with whatever we needed. I highly recommend this hotel when traveling back to South Africa from the USA.

Very compact room. Meals and beverages of poor quality. Good location. Reception area plays constant background music so meetings are really impossible to conduct and if your room is close to the area (ours was) background noise is annoying. Good parking and lovely grounds.
