Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Booking Scam.

Did not go because the guest house informed me they not using Hotels.com anymore and that Hotels.com did not pay them for my money. Who is going to refund my money? I can well say i was scammed.
