The website says continental breakfast at R75 a head, but its actually R120 per head, we asked for a bit of milk and they refused.

Our breakfast is R105 per person,and when you said it advertise @R75 online We asked you to provide a proof and we will reduce the price but you didnt bring your proof and as you said 'MY WIFE SAID SHE SAW IT ONLINE @R75 PER PERSON LET ME GO IN AND BRING THE PROOF" But you never bring the proof until you checkout. anyway Thanks for your feedback.

Room service not so good , no carpets in the bathroom , no kitchen utensils like plates.dust bin must not checked before .we found rubbish In the bean the bedding and towels looked like they were used not fresh at all

I booked for two but I didnt even stay for one night because it was stinking and dirty!!! I wasted my hard earned money.

after investigation on this allegation we find nothing wrong with the bed sheet or towel before you checked in,
because all our room have same standard and we received many guest on dally bases please i will be glad to have more details of your booking e.g reservation number or if you still remember room allocated to you this will enable me to deal with this matter accordingly

Towels and sheets were dirty and we used by other people. The sheets had dirty sports and it was disgusting.

This was the best accommodation taking into consideration the amount they charge. But the only concern in my room was that there was no bedside pedestal where you can put things like cell phone and also the head rest on top of the bed needs attention as it is noisy.
