"Initially the reception was not able to find my reservation, someone else had to find my reservations, took about 15-20 min. Bathroom only had two towels and not enough lighting overall very clean"

"Pros: friendly staff. Good location, shuttle & parking for mayo appointment. Very clean & lovely common areas. Great fresh coffee beans. (No tea). Red Cow adjacent for dinner. Cons: Room VERY basic. 1 nightstand/lamp; no table for dining. Cheap furniture, average comfort queen bed; bathroom not close to bedroom. No tv streaming option; limited thermostat control."

"Well, when we pulled in the parking lot, it’s just an absolutely beautiful place really nice. And when I walked inside, I thought a oh boy my husband and I have hit the jackpot. This is absolutely breathtaking. OK the room was nice. It was tiny, but very nice looking the problems I had were. There was no room to put anything. There was no desk. There was no chest of drawers. There was no table. There was one small computer chair. That was the only place to sit in the whole room other than the bed there was one very narrow, small bench pushed up against the wall to set a suitcase. I have a very small traveling suitcase that fits on the plane. OK not a giant one. And it barely held that it did have two sinks one in the hallway kind of by the front door and one in the bathroom, so that was very convenient the bathroom with the shower was absolutely beautiful. The shower was lovely and nice and spacious. It had glass doors and when you walked in, you had a motion sensor light, which was very nice. Other than that, I was very amazed there was nothing in it like a regular hotel room no place to put another suitcase The trash basket was about about as big as a loaf of bread. So there was no place to put anything we ordered out and got some food. We had to sit on the bed needed. The doors weighed 3000 pounds I couldn’t even open the door. The doors to the bathroom were the same way I got stuck in the bathroom couldn’t open the door and had to holler for my husband to open the door."

"It’s clean, friendly staff and helpful, I’d like more breakfast I like the waffles, toast and fresh morning food cream of wheat and brown sugar. I inquired about pet fee theirs is high similar to other hotels but I think they are all to high. "

"Everyone was friendly, breakfast was good, parking is excellent. The older rooms need updating, otherwise everything was good."
