"I gave it one star because I had to!!! Don’t stay there!!!! It’s a roach motel. The pool is green, the room smells like cigarettes, the sheets were dirty. The chairs and walls were stained. "

"We had a fantastic experience staying at Embassy Suites in San Marcos. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well maintained, which made for a relaxing and comfortable visit. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and eager to help, which really elevated the overall experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the continental breakfast—it offered a great variety and was the perfect start to our mornings. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return in the future."
