"The air conditioning doesn’t stay on throughout the night so the room got hot and stuffy despite quite cool temps outside. This is a big deal for me at least. "

"As someone who has managed a hotel before I always walk into our reserved room and disinfect everything we will be touching and I take the comforter off the beds and pillows because those do not get changed after each us unless stained. We bring our own pillows and blankets. When doing my own inspection I found blood on the sheets. We told front desk and she changed our room. The halls and elevator were dirty. This would not be the best Embassy we’ve stayed at. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was grate, happy hour was great. No compensation or apology from management was made before or after our stay for the inconvenience. "

"PROS: Room is lovely. Beds are comfortable and sheets are soft. Nice big shower with great water pressure and the water gets hot fast. Friendly staff. Loved the Citrus Cafe and Bar. Salmon dish is incredibly good. Gym is spectacular. Saunas, two levels with workout machines, barbells and lots of classes to choose from. CONS: I like when hotels recycle. This hotel appears to recycle with a divided trash can in room; one side for trash and one for recycling. However; when I took my recycling out in the hallway where I saw the maid, they threw all the recycling in the same trash, which makes me believe that they do not recycle. The second day, we left at about 930 and maid service had already come through. I asked front desk to have them come back to change bed and receive new towels. They never came. "
