"My experience was very shocking and very disappointing I went there for my daughter's sixth birthday and we went there to celebrate we go to swimming with her siblings and the staff was very unprofessional was harassing me the entire time I was there I ended up inviting a friend over wasn't told that I wasn't allowed company and they kicked me out now I'm actually filing a lawsuit because there was a lot of discrimination going on."

"We had a good one night stay while in town for an event. The room was clean and decently updated, stocked with everything we needed. The breakfast included was a nice touch and we liked that the property was pet friendly. My only issue was how thin the walls/doors are. We could hear literally everything happening in the connecting room next door and hallway, even though no one was being loud or inappropriate. Luckily we travel with a small sound machine, and kept the TV on while not sleeping, otherwise I don’t think this would have worked for my family. Overall, it was a nice stay and a good value. "

"I was disappointed with no breakfast. I did not really look when I booked but the price was really high so I expected to have it and they did not. The heat rattled but I took a business card and wedged it to stop it. The room was pool side and the room smelled like chlorine which to be fair has been the case in other hotels. "

"Very noise group playing in bar dining area . Noise volume so loud I had to leave without eating. The second point was failure to supply soap products to make the morning shower effective"
