"Breakfast was mediocre. No plates just small bowls to put food in. Carpet was old and worn. Not what I expected when staying with Hampton Inn."

"This hotel is perfectly adequate for a travel stay with pets. Easy on/off I 95, clean, minimal breakfast included. "

"I did not like the fact that they do not provide any drinking cups in the rooms. You have to go to the office lobby, which in our case was quite a walk since the hotel is quite spread out. Also microwaves are not provided in the rooms. Another walk to the Lobby to use a "community microwave". But the rooms do have little refrigerators. They told me at the office that "Spark" hotels are Hilton's version of a basic hotel. I wondered since this is a basic hotel why it's not priced in the $75.00 range like a Motel 6. Why not have these deficiencies more clearly stated in the advertising. I was disappointed. "

"The hotel is close to downtown Apex and the Apex business park. All rooms are efficiency studio suites with a kitchen and full-size refrigerator. The only downside is that you have to pay extra for the coffee pot/cookware/dinnerware to use in the room. There are laundry facilities onsite and parking is free."
