"An excellent, quite new hotel, a short drive from Nashville airport. Lovely big room with 2 very comfortable queen beds and a beautiful bathroom. A well stocked bar, should you want it and a guitar shaped outdoor pool to use, perfect in the summer if you have time to kill before a flight. We used the hotel as a flying stopover before collecting a car from the airport, we used the free hotel shuttle bus to take us to the car rental garage. We stayed on floor 1 and the aircon drownedvout any plane noise, higher up you can potentially here the planes as you are under the flight path. All in all a much better hotel than we were expecting as a hotel cheap option. "

"The room smelled like a cig butt. Mold in bathroom. I asked for extra towels and sheets never received then asked for my room to be cleaned and it was ignored. I asked again and the housekeeper literally just made the bed! Didn't change the sheets after us being there for 3 days! The manager yelled at me barely spoke English and then hung up on me! Horrible experience will never go back again!!"

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast had quite a few choices and was good for that type of set-up. "

"This hotel is outdated. The bed is the worst. We needed linens for the pull out bed and they staff dropped it at the door on to the floor. The cleaning staff came into the room changed the towels that were hanging and refused to make the bed both days. I would not recommend this location. However, I would recommend extra training for staff members. "

"If we were told that they were doing a major remodeling, I would not had stay there. My allergies were really bad with all the dust in the whole first floor. The pool was closed for two days if not three. For breakfast employees were bickering at each other over who was the one responsible for ordering the missing items, very unprofessional. This was not the experience; I was hoping to have in these hotels. "

"We were only there for a few hours due to a delayed night flight and an early flight but the check in was fast as was the shuttle. The only draw back was a late shuttle going back but that wasn’t the fault of the hotel as I helpers him request an early shuttle when we were checking in. We would stay here again. "
