"We were put in the wrong type of room which was manageable but annoying when traveling with a child. They only refreshed towels once during our stay of 4 nights and the room had a spot where the fridge had clearly leaked prior to us arriving, leaving it soggy. The room was dark. The staff was wonderful and very friendly but the hotel itself left much to be desired. You have to reserve a pool time as well which was a pain. "

The "fitness center" is basically none existent, the staff isn't very knowledgeable of the local area, I waited for 20mins at valet to drop off my vehicle when I arrived, the breakfast buffet was cancelled some time ago, but they still advertise it as an offering... needless to say it is very overpriced for what they're actually offering. "I only stayed here for overnight, but the room was beautiful. Comfortable bathroom was clean. Kitchen area was clean. Check-in was easy. Staff was wonderful accommodated you with everything. I left my water bottle in the room and they let me go back up and get it of course with security I would recommend this hotel right across the street to 7-Eleven and another breakfast place."
