"Room was clean and so was properr, near the freeway so could hear some noise at night"

"The location of the property was amazing, and the staff was very accommodating and helpful when we arrived before check-in. Every staff member was kind, supportive and accommodating. Our room was dirty as if no one had cleaned before we came. Since we had an event to attend and didn’t return until late, it was too late to register a complaint, and the person at the desk had told us when we checked in that they were at max capacity anyway. I wish the cleanliness of the room could have matched the shining customer care."
