"The room was immaculately cleaned and the bed/pillows were comfortable. The shower pressure was strong and quickly heated up. You won't get much sleep if anyone is staying in the rooms next to you. The walls are too thin and I could hear the conversations and television playing throughout the night which kept me up. The noise in the hallway reverberates and you'll hear every knock on the door in the morning from housekeeping. "

"I have stayed here multiple times. It has always been my husband and I’s get away spot. This last time we stayed it was unfortunately a different experience. It was so incredibly loud we couldn’t sleep. There were children running around everywhere we went unsupervised by any parents. It made our stay very unpleasant. I myself have children but I would not allow them to disrupt others that way. Especially late at night. I’d also like to address the salad I got from room service. I paid over $20 for a salad and it was so incredibly small and the lettuce was browning. Lastly, about an hour after I checked out I realized I forgot an item in the room. I called the front desk and explained the situation and that I live an hour away but my husband was still in the area, if they could please go check for my lost item. They said they couldn’t do that and forwarded me to a lost and found. They wanted me to fill out a form and they would get back to me…. I called back and said can we please have someone just go check the room it was super close to the front desk to begin with. They said I’ll forwarded you to house keeping. Housekeeping didn’t answer. I called back up to the front desk and got another person and it was as easy as okay! Yeah let me check! I’m very upset at my visit this time. "
