"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room had a sliding door so we didn’t have to walk through the whole building to bring in bags and take out the dog. No grassy spaces and the lot had goats head stickers which got stuck in puppy’s paws. But we took her to a lot across the street and it was better. Overall a really good experience and we will stay there again. "
"We had a very disappointing experience during our recent stay. The room was extremely dirty and had a strong, unpleasant odor. There was visible garbage under the beds, which raised immediate concerns about cleanliness. Even more concerning, the following day we observed cockroaches coming out of the electrical outlets in the bathroom.
Due to these conditions, we checked out a day early. Unfortunately, there was no acknowledgment of the issue, offer to resolve it, or reimbursement provided when I raised the concern to management.
We have stayed at this property for years when visiting Riverton, which makes this experience especially frustrating. Based on this stay, we will not be returning."
"We checked into this hotel on Monday and immediately noticed issues. The first floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, the floors looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time, and the hallway walls were covered in scuff marks.
Our room on the second floor was no better. The door itself was heavily marked, as if it had been kicked or damaged repeatedly. When we entered, the room smelled stale and musty. The floors in both rooms were visibly dirty, as though mud had been tracked through and never cleaned. In the bathroom, there was a dead cockroach on the floor.
The condition of the bed was especially concerning. The curtain around the bed was torn and frayed, and the bedding was covered in hairs of various lengths and colors, along with other debris. One of the beds had a large yellow stain in the center that appeared to be from urine and had not been properly cleaned or replaced.
I will say the front desk employee was very kind and apologetic when I raised these concerns and offered a different room. However, due to the condition of the property overall and the fact that we were traveling with a one-year-old child, I did not feel comfortable staying in another room.
I later contacted the manager, who apologized and said he would work with Expedia to issue a refund. As of now, I have not received that refund. While I appreciate the polite staff, the cleanliness and condition of this hotel were unacceptable, and I would not recommend staying here.

"The casino has slot machines. The cafe had a decent breakfast. We enjoyed the friendly service, the quiet atmosphere and the Lander area with beautiful canyons, rivers and good restaurants. "
"Overall this is a decent place to stay. The linens were a bit rough, but clean. The staff was great to work with, the rooms were clean, and the overall atmosphere was decent. This isn't a 5 start, but you'll be treated as well as you would in a 5 star."
"Unexpected deposit required, TV didn't work, staff seemed more interested in being on phone, entire place smelled like curry, trash behind dressers, desks, beds, overall cleanliness was severely compromised, stayed less then 2 hrs and left/checked out, refund would be appropriate. Definitely not recommended. "
"Everything was so nice and clean. Was just there visiting my grandson and my husband and him loved the pool was excellent little too much chlorine but they had a great time. Safeway is right next-door had no problem getting food. The breakfast was wonderful. I would recommend people stay there."

Holiday rentals are privately owned properties you can book for a few days, or a quick weekend, in Johnstown. Holiday rentals offer amenities such as WiFi and washers and dryers so you'll feel just like you're staying in your own home. If you're concerned about a clean environment, a holiday rental can provide a sense of seclusion away from public hotel lifts and lobbies packed with people while still allowing you to travel. You'll also have more space in a holiday rental than in a hotel, which is another reason why a holiday rental is an attractive choice for a small group gathering.
