"The room was clean, which is always the most important thing to me, and overall I got a great deal for the price. That being said, the hotel is definitely a little outdated. There are no vents in the bathroom, the plug for one of the lamps wouldn’t stay in the wall and kept causing the lamp to turn off, and there was a musty smell when you first walk into the hotel.
The elevators were SO slow! 😂 I ended up taking the stairs down from the 5th floor almost every time, and even took them up a few times because waiting for the elevator was taking so long.
Another small inconvenience was that you can’t call the front desk using the phone in the room.
On the positive side, the breakfast bar was excellent! There was also a specialty coffee machine that made some really delicious coffee, which was definitely a highlight.
Overall, I’d say you get what you pay for. The room was clean, the price was great, and the breakfast was excellent. While there are definitely some areas that could use updating, I’d still consider staying here again if I got another good deal."
