"They had one housekeeper. Rooms not ready at 3pm. We needed to take a shower for events. Not ready for another 2-3 hours. Cancelled the reservation at the desk. They said no fees. We went to another hotel. It was crap situation. "

"Breakfast menu was great! I love waffles (Texas sized and regular sized)! The hallway on the 3rd floor smelled a little when we arrived but room did not smell! Pool was dirty, but we didn’t have much time to swim anyway. Good stay for the price and great location for an event we had at the university! Great food places to eat around the hotel!"

"Literally the only thing this place has going for it is the super kind staff! They are really trying but it's not there yet. There were many different smells that just seemed to worsen. We really tried to make the best of it. The room itself wasn't bad minus the odor. We ended up getting spray for the room and toughed it out the first night. Beds were fine. The AC was fine. Lave was quite. But when coming out of the room... no. This is an extended stay type hotel so no shampoo or conditioner either. Also dryed clothes for an hour, waiting downstairs only to find they didn't dry at all! Ugh. I mean, if you really needed a place to stay and had very limited money and no expectations, then it would work."

"SO thankful for this hotel! After trying a different hotel out the first night, that was much less expensive, I realized that was a huge mistake. When coming here it was a BIG RELIEF! Staff were all. Polite. Our room was a double bed with a good out couch. It was HUGE. The beds were comfy. We all enjoyed it so nothing bad to say about this property. The breakfast was fine, we all found something to eat at it. The biscuits were really good. There was also a water bottle going station that I used a lot. Would definitely stay here again."
