"We (family of 3) stayed over one night after a day at Hershey Park. This is a great clean and very affordable stay for the amenities included (indoor swimming pool, free breakfast, 10 mins away from Hershey Park). The breakfast area though quite sufficient, was very small for the number of guests ( there was a line for waffles, seating area a bit dense). The restaurant was closed when we got there on a Monday at 5pm and they didn’t offer any viable suggestions (we did Uber Eats which was a bad experience-no fault of the hotel). Overall I would definitely go back!"

"We stayed here because we were going to a show at Mickey's Black Box, which is a very short walk across the parking lot and a great venue. The hotel is fun, with an onsite bar that stays open late and that's better than most hotel bars, but it's also quiet when it's supposed to be. To that end, the hotel seems to understand its clientele likes a soundproof room for good sleep, a mini-fridge, a large shower with good water pressure, and a late checkout, at noon. We were pretty sure the room we were in had a queen bed, not a king as we'd reserved, as we usually sleep in a king, but were too tired to ask to be moved. One small thing: We wished that there were more coffee options other than dark roast in the Keurig, but was glad they were featuring a local roaster and glad there was a Keurig in the room to begin with! Price was reasonable. Would definitely stay again, no question."

"We were very satisfied with this hotel. It was reasonably priced compared to the other hotels around Hershey charging 399-700 per night. It had all the necessary amenities and breakfast was included which consisted of eggs, sausages, cereals, waffles and bagels and pastries. The room was clean especially the bathroom. The only tiny issue was the weak water pressure in the shower."

"Overall, our stay was good, and the staff members we interacted with were helpful and kind. The hotel is also a convenient, short drive from Hersheypark. Some of the amenities were outdated, particularly the gym, although I still appreciated having one available. I also appreciated the water cooler, cookies, and tea bar in the lobby. However, I was concerned about the large cooler of alcohol bottles in the lobby. There were times when it appeared to be unattended. Some guests who were clearly intoxicated brought bottles from the lobby into the hot tub area, which created a safety concern. I also had an upsetting experience with a couple at the pool who said they were regular guests. They were drinking heavily, and the wife made blatantly racist remarks to me, apparently not realizing that I am in an interracial relationship. I later learned that they had previously been flagged for making inappropriate comments at the pool. If the hotel is already aware of this pattern of behavior, I hope it will take stronger steps to protect other guests. I’m glad we used the pool on our first day because it was out of order by the second day, which was disappointing. We also found a ball underneath our bed, suggesting that the room had not been cleaned as thoroughly as it should have been. There were definitely positive aspects to our stay, but the cleanliness issue, alcohol-related safety concerns, and handling of repeat guests with known inappropriate behavior need attention."
