"We never checked in. We booked due to the storm. I tried cancelling onling and was told we could only cancel 3 days prior, but it was booked same day. I tried calling and could not get anyone. Fortunately, I got the insurance since the hotel is fine with charging people during a natural disaster even when they don't stay. Last time I even look at this place."
