Fantastic

One of the best rooms I’ve stayed in. Staff are very friendly and the rooms got everything you need. Have stayed here twice and absolutely loved it both times. Will surely come back here and stay again!

Good hotel, a bit far from city center, but close to Elmia. Clean rooms, friendly staff. Just pay attention that, even it might look different in pictures, only premium rooms have bathroom inside.

Worth its price

Very good for the price, clean and well organised. A small kitchenette and a fridge. Easy access and free parking. The only downside is the very slow internet, otherwise everything is good for the price.

Everything was perfect in our stay. Very clean. Excellent quality of bed linens and pillows. Free parking during the stay. (At all floors the corridors were stocked with other guests bicycles totally blocking the hotels emergency exits. This is nothing we can blame the hotel, but as long the hotel is unstaffed between 8pm until morning I guess it’s good to find a way to seriously inform the guests to not block the emergency exits).

Good room but terrible extra bed.

The room was clean and good location, the big bed was good. But the the extrabed were terrible. A thin madrass on the floor with a hard bord in the middle of the madrass. No sleep possible in that.

Fine for overnight

Straight up 3 stars. It’s exactly what you need if you just require an overnight bed. It’s clean, but not clean enough. It’s got modern decor, and lots of amenities in the room. I would have enjoyed a bedside light, and a bed that didn’t feel like I was sleeping on a pile of books. Free parking was a great bonus. Nice service by the manager at front desk.

Room wasn’t ready when I arrived, due to late deliveries, but the man at the desk was super friendly! In 30 minutes it was fixed!

Check in went smooth and fast. Got in 1 hour before said check in time. Personell wrote wrong wifi password on the note. The doorlock kept buzzing every now and then throughout the whole visit. And some sort of fan kept going on and off all night. Was really annoying. And no included breakfast. Even though the hotel and its own parking for visitors. The parking costed money. I think that would include in the stay. All in all the visit gave me what i needed for the stay. Would stay again.

Better than a tent!

This is a hostel, not a hotel. The WC and showers are in the corridor. The bunk beds have cold steel frames. There are no individual lamps, only one large overhead light—so forget about dimmed lighting when you need to get up at night to use the toilet. The reception is closed most of the time, and there’s no space to sit and talk with colleagues. No breakfast is provided. The coffee machine in the reception had no cups—not even paper ones. The showers and WCs smell bad. Do yourself a favor—spend a little extra and stay at a real hotel instead.

Bed, furniture, kitchenette, toilets, shower rooms all look sparkling clean and new. Except for the window blind which was totally wrong and too long for this setup, and had been torn by a window that had no hook or bracket to fix it into position when one wanted to open it for fresh air. So when a strong breeze blew in, the window frame would tear a bigger hole into the blind. I had to find duct tape to prevent it from tearing further (front desk didn't have any strong tape). Also, it was very difficult to keep the blind up/open.
