"We were very comfortable for our stay at Fairfield Inn Joplin. The bed was very comfortable, linens were soft and clean. There was no noise from the hallway or other guests. The bedroom was a bit small but the handicap accessible bathroom was absolutely *wonderful*. My husband and I are both physically handicapped and having the luxury of the walk in shower and rainforest showehead was simply delightful. The room and bathroom were very clean. The toilet tank did develop a leak which flooded the bathroom floor. My husband borrowed a screwdriver from the Front Desk and was able to fix the problem. The bathroom sink had a slow drip also (reported to the Front Desk) Staff were friendly, courteous and very accommodating. Cleaning staff did a great job."
