The Waters Hot Springs, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"Within walking of the National Park and all the shops and entertainment on Bathhouse Row, this hotel is a gem! It’s a beautiful old building that has clearly been renovated, and the lobby, rooms, and rooftop bar/restaurant are beautiful. The bed was crazy comfortable, shower was a little weird (one of those new ones without a door) but very nice, and the room was overall comfy. The TV didn’t work when we first got into the room, and the sweet young woman at the front desk (Kaylee) came up to our room herself to see if she could get it going! There seemed to be some issue, but we left for dinner and when we returned it was working. That’s customer service! Thank you, Kaylee! We hope to come to HS again sometime soon and stay longer, and we will definitely come to The Waters!! "
