"The staff was very friendly and welcoming upon arrival. I had to stay there because my flight was delayed adding one more night to my time in Minneapolis, so it would have been nice to have a store of some sort to purchase basic items. But the room was great - the bed extremely comfortable. I had to wait a while to get hot water, but it came and I had a good shower. It is close to the airport, which is what I needed, but that also means you have to put up with jet noise."

"The hotel was nice, everything was clean and all the staff were very nice. Our only complaint would be the fact that we were there for four nights and our room was never cleaned. I set the garbage out in the hall one morning, it was picked up and nothing else. I don't use the same towel for four days at home."

As an adult I enjoyed all the amenities too, there was really no need to explore other places as the kids had so much fun just staying at the hotel."

"The hotel was great....had no issues and it was close to the mall of America....just a few minutes drive. It seems there's offices and residences in the same area and the building across from the parking area has a grocery store which can be very convenient. The pool was small and water was cold but at least there was a pool for the kids to enjoy. Restaurant in the lobby was slow but I feel that is typical of most hotel restaurants. While we were there, there was an event outside the hotel called 'On the One music festival' with food trucks lined along the streets. That was a nice surprise and I wish we could've made it to the festival but we had other plans."
