"Clean room"

Howard Johnson Plaza by Wyndham by the Falls Niagara Falls

10/10 Excellent

"Howard Johnson is one of the best hotels in Niagara Falls! I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were great, and everything in the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, I had one disappointing experience on the night of October 25. Around 10:30 PM, I tried to get a bottle of water from the vending machine on the 5th floor, but the machine charged me without dispensing the water. I reported the issue to the front desk and purchased water from another vending machine on the 1st floor. I was told that the vending machine on the 5th floor was old and not operated by the hotel. However, it was located inside the hotel, so I believe it should be properly maintained or clearly marked as out of service. I also tried contacting the vending machine company several times, but unfortunately, I never received a response. This was a small but frustrating issue during an otherwise excellent stay. I hope management will address it to prevent other guests from having the same experience. I would still recommend this hotel and hope to visit again!"

Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls/Fallsview

8/10 Good

"The staff is always extremely friendly efficient and helpful in any questions or concerns may have regarding our stay other very accommodating. The rooms are quite nice some nicer than others but overall very wonderful experience considering they're very clean and like I mentioned some rooms are renovated however the finishings on some of the hardware and other such places in the room could be slightly cleaner or updated. It is always the cheapest of any of the hotels which is wonderful not to mention it is a beautiful hotel and in the summertime the pool is very clean and refreshing and the bar and restaurant that is attached to the hotel is quite delicious and I believe a hotel guest get 15% off."
