"Booked the room with hotels, but there is no way to get ahold of the property to get a room key. They of course have their rooms as non refundable but this is theft. Their reservation line is worthless and just tell you to call the property. I called all 3 numbers they gave me to call including the “emergency” number for over 24 hours and never got anyone to answer. Plan on losing your money if you book this hotel. "
