I arrived on my bicycle and was able to put it into the secure garden area onto which the entrance of the property opened. "Excellent room with a view of the Loire, house-keeping were great every day, though the carpet was stained and needed more cleaning than expected of housekeeping. Breakfast was too often a daily disaster, this hotel needs to purchase more forks and more glassware, it was too often usual t9 need to eat Breakfast with a knife and dessert spoon as there were no forks, and to have orange juice in a coffee mug as there was no available glassware."

"We had an incredible time at our stay here. The staff was helpful on giving us recommendations for dinner. We did not stay in the main house/chateau, but had our own spacious, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, and kitchen just a small walk from the main house. We enjoyed the amenities - pool, hot tub (more like a warm bath), and sauna! We ordered breakfast and were pleasantly surprised with a cute breakfast basket delivered to our doorstep! Our stay here was magical and I would definitely recommend it! It was me, my husband, and our 21 yr old daughter staying there. It was in close proximity to the chateaux that we planned to visit."
