"This was the worst place I ever stayed. It is dirty and unkept. People were getting the room for less than half the price I paid. There was no breakfast although reservation said so. It is next to a Railway station and the engines kept on screeching and storming all night. I will not be booking via Orbitz in future."

"Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff The hotel is absolutely beautiful! I was upgraded to a business class room and it was modern clean and delightful! The spa services were upscale and very relaxing!
