"I arrived at 2:45, rang the bell and no one answered. There are a few signs that say, “Check in is at 3:00” so I waited in the lobby. At 3:00 a lady comes out of the back and I approached the front desk she acted like I startled her. I have been sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes on camera. It looked like she had been napping. I have never had an issue checking in 15 minutes early at a hotel before. The carpet in the room could not have possible been vacuumed. There were pieces of debris and pieces cellophane on the carpet. Above the door was a cob web in the corner but the grossest thing was the used bars of hotel soap in the top corner of the shower that had been there for what looked like months. The used bars of soap were difficult to see as they blended in to the shower surround. However, isn’t it the job of the staff to notice those things? Browns Canyon Inn must have changed owners since last time I stay there."

"I have stayed two seperate times. The first time I was sent to room #4. The beds were not made and there was trash in the room. They gave us another room after I complained. The tv did not work at all. On our second stay they gave me room #4 again. This time the room was clean, sort of. The bathtub looked disgusting like the mop had been wrung out inside of it. Dirty. The tv qould not work no matter how hard I tried. Door would not lock unless you do it from the inside. AC unit fell out of the window when I was trying to change the temp. I mean, what didn't go wrong? Also the microwave shorted out serveral times, it was leaking, the handle on the micrwave was broken. We couldn't heat up our food. Hot tub was locked. Disappointing. I liked this place but dang can't you give a decent room??"
