"The property is beautiful and very well kept. Easy to maneuver around from start to finish. The check in process was fast and everyone at the counter was super nice and helpful. The carts that help with luggage, moved efficiently and quickly getting everyone settled. Rooms were clean, stocked, and the temperature was nice and cool. The food was great and had a big variety. The staff at the main food area was always so nice and went above and beyond no matter how busy they were. Lala was amazing and always had a smile on her face. From what I saw, she was like that with everyone. Whatever she gets paid, its not enough on how that woman is always on the go. There was always something to do at the resort. The animation group was amazing in keeping everyone entertained. You can tell that they truly love their jobs because they gave it their all...EVERYDAY. We scheduled a tour and that was extremely fun. The man that schedules you was friendly and helpful as well. I went this time with no kids and saw how much the kids there had fun. I would absolutely love to repeat my visit with my children here. "
