"This little hotel perched on a hillside and enveloped in lush plant life is a delight to the senses. Joaquin, the owner, and his sidekick, Pepe the dog, are a delight as well! The welcome is so enthusiastic you feel like you are already friends. The rooms are nice enough for sleeping and showering, but the rest of the time you want to be relaxing in one of the many special nooks offered - by the pool, on a little side porch, on the balcony to see the sunset, or among the orchids the proliferate on the grounds- the house is open for all to enjoy. A highlight of our first trip to Puerto Rico! "

"Nice location and facilities, 5 minutes walk to the beach. We had a two bedroom villa facing the marina. The bed was very comfortable, the place was quiet. It was well equipped with a dishwasher and washer and dryer. The resort is older, but well maintained. There are stairs in the units that could be problematic for people with mobility issues. Prior to our visit, we had read several reviews complaining about the parking. Parking was not an issue for us, it is just a couple of minutes from the units and reception area. The resort has two nice pools with loungers for guests to enjoy."
