The host here was incredible and very helpful in getting to know the area. The rooms/bathrooms were clean and they have cool A/C. The food is great and the beachfront property is one of the best on La Ventana beach!

Bella Vista Boutique was a beautiful retreat for us. The food was delicious. The customer service was excellent. Great ambiance. We had direct access to the Playa de La Ventana. We woke up every morning to watch the sunrise and watched the sunsets in the evening. The views are breathtaking and we enjoyed the beach. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. Thank you to the staff at Bella Vista Boutique, especially Guillermo! Your hospitality was outstanding! We will definitely be returning.

Pretty location, poor service

Clean and a beautiful location on the beach. Unfortunately, that's all this hotel has going for it. They try to charge you for breakfast when it's listed as free on Hotels.com. When I tried to explain this, staff initially refused and I had to explain multiple times to get the free breakfast, which they claimed was an "exception" they made for me. If they don't want to provide free breakfast, fine, but don't include that on the hotel listing. Overall, the ambiance is overshadowed by the rude staff. The food isn't great either, and it's overpriced. You're better off staying at one of the hotels near the center of El Cuco. I don't typically go out of my way to provide reviews, but I figured I should warn anyone else considering this hotel.

La habitación es muy amplia, cómoda, limpia y tiene todo lo necesario. El dueño y los que trabajan con el son muy amables, te recibe bien y están muy pendientes si necesitas algo.
