The breakfast was cold and coffee out of order although there was a coffee pot. The front of the hotel seemed cleaner than the backside. No elevator to second floor snd steps were dirty. Last minute reservation amd pricey.

I returned my cabin keys when I checked out, but they never returned the key deposit hold on my credit card. When i called to follow up they played dumb and accused me of not returning my keys.
