"We had bats living in our roof, apparently knowingly by the owner (they built a house for them on the near cabin and they migrated to ours). We had to go to bed and sleep with constraint scratching and sliding noises, that was terrible. When we brought it to the attention of the team, they didn’t even bother apologising. "This was part of trip where we had a longer stay of 3 nights we really enjoyed it here the hotel had a lot of character, rooms were nice not huge but had all that you needed. It was a good location for very good nearby restaurants, and a nice but busy beach within walking distance, also boat trips within walking distance. The food was amazing very large portions. Anything you need the staff will help with bookings for boat trips and restaurants. Very enjoyable stay. "

"The property stated that there was a reception open from 7am-9pm. There is not. They were supposed to send me a message with the code for the key box. They did not. The security there were very kind in helping us contact them as the number on the site was wrong. There was no power the night we stayed there. Not at fault of the property but regardless this and the check in process left us not having the night we were hoping for. Also there was no laundry detergent if you are planning to make use...
