The rooms were clean, the location in La Palma was great, the view from the 6th floor was beautiful, the staff were all incredibly friendly without exception, the breakfast was very varied and different every day, I was very happy with my stay and hope to return soon.

When they can greatly exceed expectations in style! Lots of amazing service in Dubai, but this was a level extra. Solid recommendation for sure. Area wise it’s turning really nice with walk/runs around the area and easy in and out, lots of amenities on site to relax and enjoy while during downtime.

Unfortunately at the moment the hotel is surrounded by construction and building works. We didn't use the hotel bar and restaurant as they play very loud music with no quiet spaces. ...
