Although the June Lake Motel is somewhat plain. The property is clean and quiet. The accommodations were comfortable and having the kitchenette helps keep costs down. Easily walkable to restaurants and market for any forgotten items.

June Lake Motel is in the middle of town. It is very conveniently located within walking distance of the restaurants and shops. The room had a small kitchen with all the amenities, including everything needed to make us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again

The property was clean and well maintained. The lady who checked us in was nice and informal about the area. The cleaning ladies where alsi friendly. We stayed for 3 nights and have no real complaints.

Small television, with only a handful of channels, all unwatchable, and the furnishings spanned five decades of mismatched thrift store findings having said this the owner was very sweet and gave me a free upgrade to a room with a kitchenette

Nice kitchen, shower. Toliet needs fixing. Clean, but bed spreads needed washing. Very friendly owner. Too expensive for the value, off season 95.00 way too much. She was very nice let us in early. Old and rustic, no air conditioning, but had a ceiling fan was cool. Beds were ok, three if you had more people.

Very convenient and quiet. It was summer and so the heat was turned off but it got in the 40s at night so I was freezing. Maybe if the heat was turned on the pilot light would have put off too much heat for the hot days but still it was decidedly uncomfortable for me. I wore my parka inside the whole time b/c the room never warmed up.

The ceiling fan and microwave did not work. They had technician try to fix but couldn’t. They offered a table fan. I told them I was ok without the fan and microwave but was letting them know for the next rental. They were diligent in trying to fix. The room overall was great.

The bed's mattress was 500 years beyond the expiration date, broken down and noisy. Bed linens threadbare. Pillows so broken down, they weren't pillows any longer. TV, coffee pot didn't work. Only one person could eat at a time - one tiny table and one chair. Beyond deplorable. Bathroom was clean though, very small, but okay for one night.
